We manufacture premium sports flooring and ship directly to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

• Sea Freight: 18–22 working days from dispatch
• Air Freight: 5–8 working days from dispatch
• Production Time: Usually 7–15 working days (varies with customization)
• Total Lead Time: Production + freight time

Our in-house logistics team will provide both sea and air freight quotes separately upon order confirmation.

🔍 Inspect Your Delivery Immediately

• Check packaging for external damage.
• Note any issues on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
• Unpack and inspect each item, especially at foam seams.
• Photograph any damage clearly.
• Report to us at info@gravoliteuae.ae or UAE support line within 3 business days, including photos and order reference.

This ensures eligibility for freight damage claims.

🔄 Returns & Replacement Policy

Custom Orders: Final sale (e.g., logo mats, tailored floor systems) – cannot be returned.
Non-Custom Products: Eligible for return if:

• Proper photos shared of any damage that has occurred.

💰 Fees Applied

• Return Shipping: Paid by customer

Note: Gravolite Landing Pads and custom foam solutions are non-returnable unless they’re defective.

• Years 1–3: 100% repair/replacement
• Year 4: 50% coverage
• Year 5: 25% coverage

Martial Arts Mats

10-Year Warranty

• Years 1–3: 100%
• Year 4+: Coverage reducing yearly (e.g., Year 5 = 40%, etc.)

Gravolite Connect™ System

Fully covered unless improperly handled.

Replacement Freight Coverage

• Year 1: 50%
• Years 2–3: 25%
• Year 4 onwards: Customer pays full freight
